This week in the classroom for self-regulation, all participants performed strength training of yoga to the healing of the body. When performing the proposed tasks all seemed simple and easy, and when the members of the club were to perform, was very difficult. A sweating and stopped from exhaustion, but the strength appeared again.
Very interesting exercises were squats and slopes, it all started very easily, but the squat was harder and harder, as if on the back of a heavy backpack. But when they leaned down, it became easier. Then continued exercises on the floor. All paid off, and then pulled straight legs and held. The appearance of the exercises seemed simple, but to keep the legs straight, many could not, and 10 seconds. This surprised everyone and at the same time forced to do again. All performing exercises were tired, but were in a good mood. At the end of the lesson there was a pleasant fatigue and Evgenia Olegovna invited the audience to lie down and relax, and when everyone rested and began to rise, it turned out that even some fell asleep. Lessons on self-control make the club members happy and healthy.
