In the classroom for self-regulation we have learned to relax. Eugene O. put to music and suggested that the relaxation to listen to your feelings. The important point was that during the relaxation Evgenia Olegovna told us what part of the body to watch and did not allow us to fall asleep. It turned out that lying on his back, after exercise not to sleep. When the classes ended, we discussed what we felt and the children's observations were so interesting and different. Everyone took an active part in the discussion, sometimes interrupting each other, but, nevertheless, trying to listen to the previous one.

We also discussed the topic of Sleep. How to sleep and what time to go to sleep. We also discussed walks before going to bed. It turns out that it is very important to breathe fresh air before going to bed, it oxygenates the brain and makes it possible to sleep sweetly without waking up. Self-regulation classes give us the opportunity to listen to our body, to be friends with it.
